These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of teeplora.com (the "Site"), operated by TeePlora LLC ("Teeplora," "we," "us"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order and to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

Products and Pricing

All products are made to order (print-on-demand). Colors, sizes and print placement may vary slightly from the images shown due to differences in screens, printing and garments. We may modify or discontinue any product at any time and limit quantities. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for product availability, pricing or product-information errors, or suspected fraud. If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier; if a package is lost in transit, we will work with you under our Shipping and Refund Policies.

Returns, Exchanges and Order Problems

Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund Policy. If there is any problem with your order — including a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect item — please contact us at support@teeplora.com so we can resolve it before you contact your bank or card issuer.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including designs, graphics, logos and text — is the property of TeePlora LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our designs without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeePlora LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted.
